This case study is a real-world portfolio project which I completed for the General Assembly UX Design Course in 2018.
It details the end-to-end design process of designing a ‘Take a Seat’ iOS app. It dives deep into the UX design process: from user objectives and business goals, to user research, personas, information architecture, user flows, wireframing, prototyping and usability testing.
